Please note that the following sizing suggestions are “guidelines” for average measurements. Sizes do vary from person to person and according to style and fabrication. All numbers not labeled "Size" are measurements in inches.

Bust Measurement
Thread tape measure under arms, across shoulder blades at back and around fullest part of bust at front. Relax arms at sides while keeping tape parallel with floor. This is your bust measurement. If this measurement falls on the ½ inch, round up.

Waist Measurement
Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor and one finger between body and tape for a more comfortable fit.

Hip Measurement
Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around fullest part of hips and bottom, keeping tape parallel with floor.

Thigh Measurement
Stand with heels apart and measure around fullest part of thigh (approximately 1" below crotch), keeping tape parallel with floor.

1. Order via Mistake - If you believe that you have accidentally purchased item that you unintentionally ordered, there is an easier step.

- Just write "RTS", return to sender, leave the package unopened, and send it back to us. Upon receiving the item, we would refund your order.

2. 100% Unsatisfied - If you are unhappy with our quality or products offered in general, we apologize for your inconvenience, but we gladly offer you a refund for your order (excludes shipping).

3. Item defective and you still want it? In this case, please convo us, and we will send you a replacement promptly.

[Exchanges]

We understand buying clothes online always entails potential sizing issues, so we will accept exchanges if you have sizing issues.

Please, in turn, send us our merchandise in a condition which you received--new, unworn, and unwashed.

* US (including US Territories) - In case of exchange, we will cover the shipping cost back to you.

* Other countries - Considering the price point of our merchandise, the shipping cost for other countries may be higher than the item price.

For this particular reason, we want international customers to be cautious when selecting a size.

At this point, we can't offer a free return shipping label, yet we can see if we have better rate than you in terms of generating shipping label, and would charge you the cheaper amount for return shipping label.

[RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS ]

1) Please, send us the unworn/unwashed item(s) that you desire to return or exchange within 7-10 days of the original delivery date. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

It can take up to 30 days after the initial receipt of the payment of your order for us to process your refunds.

2) Be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing/using your item.

Unless otherwise noted above, we do not provide Return Shipping Costs for any returned merchandise unless an incorrect style, size, and/or color was shipped.

3) Exchanges will be made at our discretion. Items that appear to have been washed or worn, any indication of scents such as perfume, colognes, or cigarette smoke, or any kind of pet hair will not have a refund applied towards.

[1] We only ship to the Shopify address specified on your receipt and a valid address. It is essential that you provide the correct and valid shipping address for you order.

[2] US: We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier and items under 13 ounces would be primarily shipped with First Class Package.

Above 13 oz would be shipped with Priority Mail Package.

We choose Priority over Parcel mainly due to the delivery time. Since we use special packaging, we do not use USPS flat rate box.

Yet, we will work hard to provide competitive shipping price and time as the volume increases.

(Normally, it takes 2-7 business days for customers to receive their item(s) after the order has been shipped. Both First Class and Priority include tracking reference.)

[3] * APO/FPO or US Territories:

Please provide as detail information as possible since little errors on your address can cause huge delay on delivery of your shipment.

[4] Other Countries: We would use USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 5-9 business days after your item gets shipped.

In case of Russia or Brazil, where the countries have different address system, the length of receiving the package may be longer.

And if the local postal authorities decide not to update tracking information after the item is cleared, we have no way of locating your item until you receive it. Yet, for any problem during transit, please let us know.
