AZKARA never share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We encourage you to sign-up for our emailing list so you can receive advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time. We only used yout infomations in order for you to purchase your favourite products and for us to ship them to you in the most efficient way we can.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the privacy of your personal information, please feel free to contact us and we will answer your questions or point you in the right direction as soon as we can.AZKARA does not and will not request sensitive information (ie. Racial or ethnic background, political views, religious views, et cetera) through our online services. We request that you please not send us any information regarding those subjects when you register with our website or contact us.

Cookies

Products displayed on our site may or may not be available in AZKARA and affiliated stores, and will only be available (in such as well as on our web store) while supplies last. Prices displayed are quoted in U.S. Dollars (“$” or “USD”) and may vary between physical store locations and the online store.

We make every effort we can to accurately record and display product descriptions, in what detail we can, but some details may differ slightly or be left out, inadvertently, especially when compared to any photographic representations of products on our site.

We also make every effort to capture product imagery and colour, in attempt to display it as accurately as possible on our site. However, colors and details may differ depending on your computer monitor (screen) as well as settings on it. Due to this, we cannot guarantee completely accurate display of product images and color on our website.

We reserve the right to correct any aforementioned errors, change, and/or update any information, at any time, without prior notice, before or after any user interactions occur or orders have been submitted. AZKARA values your patronage and strives to keep all transactions as smooth as possible. In-store and online policies are separate, differing at times. Online Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may not be exchanged in AZKARA stores. Online purchase issues must be dealt with strictly through the online store’s Customer Service. Returns and/or exchanges must be within 14 business days of purchase. Return shipping must be paid at customers expense. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Items that are believed by the AAZKARA Customer Service members to be defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped qualify for free return shipping. Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item and in either a different size or colour, as available.

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your refund before you see this on your monthly billing statement.

Expedited vs. Standard

AZKARA offers two methods of exchanging online purchases. To do an “Expedited Exchange”, you must call and speak with a Customer Service representative and request it. You will then be charged for the new item but with a waived shipping fee. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded its price of via the payment method originally used for the transaction. A standard exchange requires either speaking directly with or emailing Customer Care services and following return instructions as given, coinciding with the policies above.
